1) All items must be paid in full before shipment.
2) If you submit a false dispute through PayPal, you will no longer be allowed to order through me.
3) I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.
4) Please email me if you have any problems. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.
5) If you order a customizable item (i.e. Birth Announcements), please be on the lookout for an email asking about the information. You will have 1 (one) week to respond to this email with the required information. If you do not respond, you will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
